The Habitat for Humanity Mission Group!

Wilbraham United Church has a Habitat for Humanity Mission Group, which presently is helping to construct a home at 429 Franklin Street in Springfield.

We have joined with St. Paul's church in East Longmeadow to fund this project (our dollar share is $20,000) and of course the family who will move in is added their "sweat equity" to the project.

You can make a check payable to WUC and earmark in Habitat.

We are looking for volunteers of all ages and skill levels to help with this exciting mission opportunity. There are lots of ways to help with this hands-on project. Saturdays we work all day and Wednesdays we work half a day.

We also need people to volunteer to donate lunch for the workers on Saturdays.
